2nd RE-BUILT Meeting
March 27th-29th, 2019, Sofia
The second RE-BUILT meeting started on March 27th, 2019, at Higher School of Transport “Todor Kableshkov” Sofia. The agenda is available here.
The welcome speech was presented by Prof. Nikolay Georgiev, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Higher School of Transport “Todor Kableshkov”- Sofia, Prof. Krasimir Krystanov, Dean of the Faculty of Machinery and Construction Technologies in Transport, the Director of the RE-BUILT project, Dr. Ancuța Rotaru and Prof. Dashnor Hoxha.
A brief overview of the Higher School of Transport “Todor Kableshkov” was presented by Prof. Nikolay Georgiev, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Higher School of Transport “Todor Kableshkov”- Sofia. Assoc. Prof. Ancuta Rotaru made a presentation of the project and all partners made a short presentation of their universities.
In the afternoon a technical visit was organised to historical places in Sofia.
The second day start with a plenary session and continued with a brainstorming and a panel with issues for discussions. In the afternoon a technical visit was organised to some recently rehabilitated historic buildings and monuments in Sofia.
The third day start with a plenary session and discussions regarding administrative and financial issues. Forthcoming activities and preparation of next events were also discussed. A visit to laboratories of the Higher School of Transport “Todor Kableshkov” was the last activity of the second RE-BUILT meeting.
